1.Heating the liquid
Pay attention to the liquid level height when using the immersion heater element.
When installing the immersion heater, install it in the horizontal direction as far as possible. Install the immersion heater element below the height of the liquid level, so that the heating pipe will not be exposed to the outside and casuse dry burning.
If the heater element can only be installed vertically due to the installation environment , non-heating area should be designed to suit the part without liquid, and then pay close attention to the height of the liquid level and add water in time. The heating part of the heating element must not be allowed to leak out for use.
2.Heating the air
Choose the corresponding temperature resistant material according to the working temperature, the higher the temperature resistant material, the longer the life.
To be equipped with fans, the heating environment with wind circulation is longer than the heating element without wind circulation
To configure temperature control, the surface temperature of the air heater element should be strictly monitored and not exceed the upper temperature limit of the heating tube.
